The simplest way to do anything, CAD
Anything you see around you that is manually developed was first designed on a computer. The design process before development provides clarity on how the product would look and feel.
The software that designed these things emerged roughly four decades earlier. It began with simple lines, arcs, and basic primitives. Today, it enables complex simulations and highly detailed models. Over time, these tools became powerful, but that power came with a high cost.
The CAD industry has stayed bloated for too long. The enshittification of CAD is real, and it is time to change that. We want to provide the industry with the right set of tools. Tools that are powerful, accessible, and simple to use.
We started by building our open source CAD kernel. Over the last few months, we focused on making the Geometry Kernel production-ready. It's done, and we are actively working on it.

Now, we are building OpenPlans, a toolkit for the AEC industry.
Our goal is not just to make CAD accessible. We want to make it simple. Anyone should be able to plug into it, build on top of it, and create tools that make designing easier for their users.
Soon, anyone will be able to design buildings in the browser without installing heavy CAD applications.
We started with a small idea to make CAD simple and accessible. Now we are here, listening. Join us and tell us what you want to design.
